This is the industry standard and the best software available when it comes to protecting information as it travels over the Internet. Customer InformationCustomer information collected at cinerioentertainment.com is done so only as a means of improving your shopping experience - including the development of Cinerio Entertainment’s design and layout. This data will also be used to process orders more efficiently, as well as to provide more personalized service. We can use the data to tell you about changes in our services, or special offers that you may wish to take advantage of. We may use general customer data - information gathered through processing sales transactions and in response to customer surveys - for marketing and promotional purposes. However, we will never sell, rent, or give your name (or any other personal information) to any outside company or third party. PLEASE NOTE: When entering any contests, and/or promotions, we may ask for your name, address, and e-mail address in order to administer the contest and notify the winners. If you are a winner, your name may be used by Cinerio Entertainment for marketing and promotional purposes. Cookies‘Cookies’ are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer’s hard drive. Any cookies that Cinerio Entertainment might use would only last while you are logged onto our site... in fact, you could turn off your cookies in your browser's security settings, and it should not affect your session on the Cinerio Entertainment web site. Payment MethodsWe accept the following methods of payment: Visa Refunds, Exchanges & ReturnsCinerio Entertainment does not provide refunds. Defective products will be replaced with the same title that was originally purchased. We do not give refunds for defective products, nor do we replace the defective product with a different title. Exchanges for merchandise of equal or lesser value is permitted only with merchandise still in an unopened factory seal that has not been tampered with. Simply send us an e-mail (orders@cinerio.com) that includes your reason for the return. We will in turn send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Print out the receipt that was emailed to you at your time of purchase, and copy the RMA number onto it. Carefully package the return product with your printed receipt and send it back to Cinerio Entertainment within 45 days (our address is located on the Contact Us page). Cinerio Entertainment does not refund shipping costs but will pay to ship the replacement product back to you. PLEASE NOTE: RMA numbers must be included in the return package with the invoice received at the time of purchase. All products for exchange, unless they are defective products, must be returned in their original wrapping. Items from separate orders require separate RMA numbers. If you are unable to locate your invoice please notify us by e-mail (orders@cinerio.com). If the replacement product turns out to be back-ordered, we will give you the choice of another title of equal or lesser value or a Cinerio Entertainment e-credit to be used towards a future purchase. In either case, we will send you an e-mail informing you of your return status. Back-OrdersIf we do not have a particular product in stock when you order it, we will let you know (through e-mail). In the case of advance orders, we will let you know when the release date is scheduled. If any of the titles are delayed, we will let you know about that too. In the case of back-orders we will provide you with an estimate as to when you should expect to receive the back-ordered title(s). Changing OrdersCinerio Entertainment strives to be as efficient as possible. That is to say our mandate is to process each order as soon as it has been approved and ship the same day. If you have made a mistake with your order please email us immediately (orders@cinerio.com) and inform us of the problem. Make sure you include the invoice number located on your receipt. If the order has not been shipped we will endeavor to correct your order before it is shipped. PLEASE NOTE: We cannot add products or change your payment method on an existing order. We can exchange a product for another of equal or lesser value, delete an product from your order, or change the address to which we ship or bill the order. If there is a difference in price from your original order the remainder will be returned as a Cinerio Entertainment e-credit to be used towards a future purchase.
